Hey Party People!
I haven't posted since last year and I am determined to post more these days and in 2017. I feel like so many ideas are always coming in and I want to share it! So, my first post of 2017 is going to be a review on one of my new favorite classes called ZenFit.
This is a class I have always been dreaming of. It is the perfect mixture of movement (HIIT), yoga/stretching and then meditation to close it out. If you are new to meditation or new to yoga, this is the perfect class for you. If you are a yoga and meditation junkie like me, then this class is perfect for you too! You get the perfect amount of movement at the beginning to get your blood flowing, warming up your body and raising your heart rate. You then go into a yoga session which is quite soothing after the HIIT movements. The yoga is a mix of all my favorite poses designed to really stretch out your body, lengthen and loosen your muscles. By the time you are done with the yoga session, you're so relaxed that the meditation is a total cherry on top.
